TBBC Barbecue (티비비씨 바베큐) is a bul-dalk (불닭 = “fire chicken”) restaurant on Western Avenue. Buldalk, also spelled in English as buldak or puldak, is a Korean food fad of the last decade in which chicken pieces like drumsticks are very heavily spiced with red-pepper powder. The “fire” refers to how hot and spicy the chicken is.
