The chocolate version of the CW’s chaltteok cookie, this gwaja is Invention Patent No. 0626971 — sticky rice encased in a soft, hollow cookie. What a way to combine traditional Korean and modern Western in a baked goodie! CW translates their product into English as Korean Biscuit.

Ingredients list as given in English: sugar, cocoa, wheat flour, corn syrup, corn starch, salt, glutinous rice. The label on another part of the box says it contains 2% “cacao.”

Six of these individually wrapped cookies are contained in a box which states that its price is 2,000 won (Korean currency). The box bears a sticker containing nutrition facts and other information in English.
